The Software Industries Development Association (SIDA) hosted Synergy 2026, bringing together leaders from industry, government, academia, and the technology ecosystem to explore opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and global growth.
Centred on the theme “The Global Leap: From Digitalization to Intelligence,” the event focused on transforming Madurai into a globally recognised digital and innovation hub. Industry leaders and experts shared insights on technology-driven global products, artificial intelligence, deep tech, global expansion, leadership, business strategy, and innovation.
Key discussions highlighted the importance of building globally competitive products, strengthening cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, adopting emerging technologies, developing skilled talent, and creating stronger partnerships between startups, established industries, academia, and government. The event also showcased initiatives such as The Bridge, a platform connecting industries and startups to encourage collaboration, technical validation, and innovation.
Through insightful keynote addresses, expert sessions, panel discussions, and product exhibitions, Synergy 2026 reinforced SIDA’s vision of empowering businesses to scale beyond regional boundaries and compete in global markets.
The event concluded with a shared commitment to collective industry growth, with a vision to scale SIDA members’ combined revenue from ₹150 crore to ₹1,500 crore.
